No. Chase Bank (which services Subaru leases under the Subaru Motors Finance brand) does not permit open-market lease assumptions.
What are my options for getting out of a Subaru lease early?
(1) Trade in at a Subaru dealer who pays off the residual, (2) sell privately to a buyer who pays off Chase directly (third-party buyout), or (3) contact Subaru Motors Finance about early termination.
Will Subaru make exceptions for family members?
